At Myconid Mage Dice, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns (EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully check all orders, but if something goes wrong:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Refund the purchase
  • Discuss with the customer on whether they want a replacement or a full refund.

No return shipping costs will be charged in these cases.


 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized dice (if applicable)
  • Sale items (if applicable)

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
